You're welcome to browse, configure, save, and share builds. Don't try to break the site, scrape it at volume, impersonate someone, or use it for anything illegal. Standard stuff.
Concept renders, prices, and feasibility
Most projects shown on this site are concept renders — design ideas, not built homes. The "REAL · BUILT" badge marks the one project that has actually been delivered. Square-foot price ranges shown by the configurator are indicative, based on recent comparable builds, and not a quote. Final pricing depends on lot conditions, site work, finish-level selections, lender requirements, and market timing — all of which we'll work through together before anything is signed.
No real-estate or legal advice
Nothing on this site is a formal real-estate offer, listing agreement, mortgage advice, or legal counsel. For a binding offer or representation agreement, please talk to Candace directly — every transaction needs proper paperwork.
Intellectual property
Photography, renders, copy, and the visual identity on this site belong to Candace Manns and Kash The Kreator (the brand studio behind the site). Personal browsing and sharing of links is welcome. Republishing photographs, copy, or design assets — including for AI training, marketing, or competitive analysis — requires written permission.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any reliance on its content. Total liability — in the unlikely scenario where it applies — is capped at $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Any dispute that can't be worked out by talking first will be heard in Missoula County.
Changes
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the new version.
