What this concept explores

A good ranch, finished right.

Concept render. A 1962 ranch in the Rattlesnake — keep the footprint and the original stone chimney, gut everything else. New charcoal board-and-batten over the original lap, a 12-foot picture window cut into the south wall, white-oak galley kitchen. The version of the renovate Candace would pitch if a tired ranch came up in the right block.
