What this concept explores
A house that earns its keep among the trees.
Concept render. A 3,600-square-foot modern farmhouse mid-build on a working nine-acre apple-and-cherry orchard outside Stevensville. Framed, sheathed, partially clad — the version Candace would render to a buyer who wants to walk a half-finished house before committing to the cladding palette.
Candace's voice memo · transcript
The render at mid-build is a sales tool — walking a buyer through the bones makes the finished version feel earned. The orchard rows are the real value here, not the house. The concept, room by room
Every room of Orchard.
